Hello, I am Kevin Schmitt
Father of two children, founder, and CEO.
Early on, I was confronted with the challenges of skilled labor shortages in the trades and facility management. Over the past 10 years as a leader, I have witnessed how demographic changes and increasing demand in the construction industry have led to a noticeable shortage of skilled workers. Through creative means, I have consistently found solutions in recent years, successfully recruiting, retaining, and nurturing 300 individuals to the best of my ability.
These experiences have inspired me to found my own company, offering other businesses my 15 years of FM expertise combined with cross-media methods in the fight against skilled labor shortages.
